At FineryEmbroidery, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for all non-customized items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product remains in unworn, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
